Alternative: " First and
foremost, I'm here to commend the
efforts of the South Bay High
Intensity Prevention Zone. They have
not only reduced collisions on the
streets and freeways of South Bay,
reduced drunk driving and reduced the
ability of minors to obtain alcohol
— they are changing the culture in
which alcohol is made available and
desirable to youth in South Bay and
throughout San Diego county." |

Alternative: " So the
Responsible Hospitality Coalition has
facilitated the training of over 300
bartenders and servers in responsible
alcohol sales and service. This
training is a 3 and 1/2 hour long,
certified training put on by the
Alcoholic Beverage Control, which
again, instructs theses bartenders and
servers. It teaches them how not
to serve to underage people, how to
check IDs properly, how to reduce
intoxication therefore, reducing
drinking and driving." |
