STEP
is a social education and community
action project advanced through media
advocacy to promote placement and
expansion of residential alcohol and
drug treatment beds throughout San Diego
County. |
The
project promotes creative strategies
that municipalities, the County, and
citizens can explore together, through
public dialogue to develop policy goals
that will effect treatment expansion.
