- It is illegal to cross into Mexico without a parent or
written parental consent.
- It is illegal to enter into Mexican bars.
- If caught breaking Mexican law, you will be detained and
your parents will be called to pick you up.
- Using false I.D. is a crime in both countries.

If you drive after drinking, you can be arrested for
drunk driving:
.08 BAC if you’re 21 or over.
- .01 BAC (ANY trace of alcohol) if
